Our Wines
Our best wines are aged in the Austrian fortification with barrel vaults supported by uneven Prun’ stones.
Within Forte Benedek walls you can taste our best food and wine products, including cold cuts and cheese that are made inside the fortress as well.
Pinot Grigio
PINOT GRIGIO – D.O.C
White wine with fruity bouquet from pinot grigio grapes, straw yellow color. Serve chilled 8°. Ideal as an appetizer aperitif and with fish dishes. To be drunk young and not aged.
The vineyards are located on the hill that in 1848 was the scene of King Charles Albert’s first Italic victory against the Habsburg Empire, which went down in history as the charge of the Royal Carabiniers of Pastrengo.

CUVEE ICE ROSE VINTAGE
The targeted selection of red grapes from our territory combined with careful vinification allow us to offer you this elegant sparkling wine. A fine perlage diffuses the delicate fruity notes. This soft and balanced taste is ideal to accompany happy hours, fish and pasta dishes.
Rosè del Re
ROSÈ DEL RE – IGT
Rosé wine made by rose vinification from corvina and corvinone grapes. Best served chilled 9°. Best drunk young. Red wine made from fresh grapes. Soft pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation. A deep ruby-red goblet with a spicy aroma and velvety, lingering taste. Obtained from the selection of hand-picked grapes after a brief drying on the vine.
