We begin with a description of the dish and ingredients, then move on to the big table and manipulate each individual component, thus preparing the basic doughs: rolling out the pastry, cutting the gnocchi, breaking up the bread before it rises, and also delving into cooking techniques.

The cooking class, which lasts two hours, concludes in the most magical moment where, amidst a glass of our wines and lots of conviviality, you can savour your own preparation!
