Do you have questions about organizing your wedding at Forte Benedek?
In this section, you will find answers to the most common questions about the venue, services, timelines, and organizational details to help you plan every aspect of your event.
How much do children pay?
Children aged 3 to 12 pay 50% of the price. Children under 3 years old are free of charge.
How much does the staff pay?
Technical staff pay 50% of the price.
Can I bring children even though the property is adults-only?
On days when all rooms are reserved and the venue and K Club are exclusively booked, children are also allowed in the rooms.
When is check-in for guests?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM. However, if you wish to arrive earlier and enjoy the property’s services, you are welcome to do so. If the room is not yet available, you can leave your luggage at the reception in the storage area.
When is check-out for guests?
Check-out for groups is at 11:00 AM and cannot be extended.
Are there any extra charges for drinks during the aperitif and dinner?
No, three wines selected from our own production, Noam beer, water, and soft drinks are included.
If I book all the rooms, can we have breakfast all together?
Yes, instead of our à la carte breakfast served in the room, we can arrange a shared buffet breakfast with various stations for sweet and savory options, as well as a live cooking station where the chef prepares eggs and Caprese on the spot.
Can I also invite people who are not staying at the property to join us for breakfast together?
Yes, with at least 7 days’ notice. The cost for additional guests is €25.00, VAT excluded.
How much is VAT?
VAT is 10% on all services.
What is not included in the offer?
Floral arrangements, any candles, the seating chart (tableau mariage), and the printing of dinner menus (we can recommend a florist who handles all of this). DJ, lighting system, microphone, and audio speakers (we can recommend a DJ who provides all of these services).
Why is it necessary to pay for the exclusive use of the K Club if I book all the rooms?
The exclusive use of the K Club ensures that no external guests—other than those staying in the rooms—can access the beach club during the day, so you have the entire area at your disposal. If you have guests staying in other hotels, they can still access the K Club; we will provide towels and no entrance fee will be charged.
Can I bring food and drinks from outside and consume them at the property?
No, it is not allowed to bring food and drinks and consume them in the indoor or outdoor areas of the property and the K Club, except inside your private room.
